Book a Personalised Consultation. We'll discuss what you're experiencing and help you decide whether psychology, Somatic Therapy, or a combination of services is likely to best meet your needs.
The Personalised Consultation isn't a treatment appointment—it's a guided consultation designed to help you find the right starting point.
During this session, we'll explore your concerns, discuss your goals, answer your questions, and recommend the approach that's most likely to support your wellbeing. Some people benefit most from psychology, others from Somatic Therapy, and many choose to combine both.
