Our Team

Our multidisciplinary team brings together diverse professional perspectives to provide integrated trauma-informed care.

We are united by a shared commitment to supporting individuals to heal from trauma, develop greater nervous system regulation, and strengthen their connection with themselves, their relationships and their lives.

By combining our individual areas of expertise, we aim to create a safe and supportive space where meaningful healing and lasting change can begin.

Nikki Bignell

Nikki brings over 25 years’ experience supporting clients to restore emotional and physical balance through an integrative, compassionate approach to healing. She holds a Diploma and Master’s in Bowen Therapy, is trained in 528 Rapid Trauma Release, Mind Body Bowen, IOS Bowen, muscle testing and Reiki.
Her work supports people experiencing stress, grief, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation, while using Bowen Therapy to address physical tension and discomfort.
Nikki’s personal experiences of significant loss and a stage three cancer diagnosis deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection. She believes healing begins in a safe, supportive space where we can slow down, reconnect, and allow the body to restore naturally.
